Dank bester Materialien und gleichmäßiger Wandstärke hält der Schwalbe Schlauch die Luft überdurchschnittlich lang. Qualitätskontrolle für sicheren Fahrspaß: Jeder SCHWALBE Schlauch wird im Werk zweifach auf Lufthaltigkeit überprüft.

Jeder Schwalbe-Schlauch ist zu 100 % recycelbar. Der recycelte Butylkautschuk kann bei der Produktion neuer Schläuche ohne Qualitätsverlust eingesetzt werden. Gebrauchte, unsortierte Schläuche sind das Ausgangsmaterial für das Recycling. In Deutschland, den Niederlanden und Großbritannien unterstützt Schwalbe den Rückführungsprozess alter Fahrradschläuche mit einem Sammelverfahren, an dem auch Endverbraucher einfach und kostenlos teilnehmen können. Jeder neue Schwalbe Standardschlauch besteht schon heute zu rund 20 % aus recyceltem Rohstoff. Dabei arbeitet Schwalbe stetig daran den Anteil des wiederverwendeten Materials weiter zu steigern, ohne die Qualität des neuen Schlauchs nachteilig zu beeinflussen.
